When will my Christmas tree be delivered?
We offer scheduled delivery windows across Brooklyn and surrounding boroughs. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout, and our team will provide a 2-hour arrival window the day before.
Do you offer professional tree installation and setup?
Yes! Our white-glove service includes delivery, professional stand installation, and securing the tree in your home. We also offer a removal service at the end of the season.
How do I keep my real tree fresh throughout the holidays?
Keep your tree away from direct heat sources and ensure the stand is always filled with water. A fresh-cut tree can drink up to a gallon of water in the first 24 hours.
What is your return policy for live trees?
Because our trees are perishable agricultural products, we do not accept returns once the tree has been delivered and accepted. However, if there is a quality issue upon arrival, we will replace it immediately.
Are your trees sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. All our trees are premium-grade Fraser and Balsam Firs sourced from sustainable family farms that plant multiple saplings for every tree harvested.
Can I change my delivery date after placing an order?
You can modify your delivery date up to 48 hours before your scheduled window by contacting our support team, subject to availability in our delivery schedule.
